Chung-Ang University is a private, non-profit, non-denominational, and coeducational institution, which enrolls approximately 25,000 students with a faculty of approximately 700 members. Founded in 1918, the university consists of 18 colleges established at two campuses in Seoul and Anseong. It has a graduate school, two professional graduate schools, ten specialized graduate schools, two university hospitals, and four attached primary and secondary schools. In addition, the university owns and operates the Agricultural Experimental Station in Anseong.
